English Pop group formed in Manchester, UK in 1990, split up 1996 and reformed in 2006. With more than 45 million sold units and 28 Top40 singles, the group is one of the most successful boy bands worldwide. The band was created in 1989 by British producer [a864633] and had its first public broadcast in 1990. In 1992, the band could generate their first three Top10 hits in UK. Until 1995, they released three studio albums which all were successful. After permanent drug abuse, [a17212] left the band in 1995, one year later Take That disbanded. In 2005, the band reformed and did their first new studio work in 2006. In 2010 Williams rejoined the quartet and restored the initial band line-up. In 2012, shortly before Williams became father for the first time, the band performed as a five-piece for the last time. Eventually, Williams did not return to the band.
